A Global (Pharmaceutical) Organization made a decision to sell one of its European sales and operations units to a specialized company that would provide these services as a third party.
The organization’s leadership wanted to manage this transition with the least disruption possible to the company and employees.
Scope & Objective
- Change management solution needed to address the professional and personal impact of this change for the leaders themselves as well as their employees
- Provide leaders with practical tactics they could use every day with their teams to support the transition to the new organization
