A Global Pharmaceutical Company wanted full organization adoption of the second phase implementation of the enterprise-wide talent management system—from day 1.
Scope & Objective
- Address multiple audiences: employees, managers, call centers, recruiters, business leads
- Training must be accessible anytime from any location
- Training available in up to 15 languages
- Cost effective and easy to maintain (in-house where possible)
- Co-developed with in-house team responsible for system business design and global alignment
